Role & responsibilities

- Teach students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, Olympiads, Foundation and Board Examinations.
- Deliver concept-based teaching from fundamentals to advanced competitive-examination level.
- Teach students from Classes 6 to 12 and JEE/NEET repeater batches.
- Integrate CBSE, ICSE/ISC and NIOS curriculum with competitive-examination preparation.
- Conduct problem-solving sessions, doubt-clearing classes, revision sessions and academic mentoring.
- Prepare chapter-wise tests, subject tests, assignments, worksheets, question banks and mock examinations.
- Develop high-quality study materials and academic content.
- Analyse student performance, identify weak areas and provide corrective academic support.
- Work with AuroGurukul's AI-assisted test analysis and assessment system.
- Monitor individual student progress and mentor students in study planning, examination strategy and time management.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, faculty development programmes and academic review meetings.




- Interact with students and parents regarding academic progress whenever required.
- Use demonstrations, experiments, simulations, visualisation and real-life applications to strengthen conceptual understanding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / Ph.D or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates from IITs, NITs, IISc, IISERs, Central Universities and other leading institutions.
- Prior experience in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, Olympiad, Foundation or Board examination teaching is preferred.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and advanced problem-solving ability.
- Excellent classroom communication and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to explain complex scientific and mathematical concepts clearly.
- Robust mentoring and student-development orientation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
