About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to help build and improve our AI-powered CRM platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Convert customer and business needs into user stories and requirements.
- Work with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver features.
- Support product discovery and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate on AI-powered features and automation.
- Gather customer feedback and identify product improvements.
- Track product performance and user feedback.
- Support product releases and documentation.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
- Experience working with SaaS products.




- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp.
- Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, dashboards, or SQL.

Good to Have
- Experience with CRM, B2B SaaS, or sales automation.
- Knowledge of Real Estate / PropTech.
- Understanding of APIs and integrations.
- CSPO or PSPO certification.
