We're building the tools — search, comparison, calculators, KYC and order flow — that make fixed-income investing as simple as buying a stock.

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help shape how retail investors discover and invest in bonds on our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to ship features across bond discovery, the investment/order flow, KYC onboarding, and investor education tools (calculators, portfolio views, etc.).

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast in a regulated fintech environment.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end product structure — from problem framing and scoping to shipping and measuring outcomes.
- Build growth-centric features that move activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Lead infrastructural and platform changes needed to scale the product reliably.
- Work closely with engineering, design,



and stakeholders to turn strategy into shipped product.
- Build high-impact product experiences that help users make smarter investment decisions.
- Own outcomes, not just features or sprints.
- Tackle complex, ambiguous problems across investments, user engagement, and more.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, or Consulting.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently.
- Proven ability to scope problems and write clear PRDs from ambiguous inputs.
- A strong sense of ownership — you drive things to closure without being told to.
- Ability to lead with clarity, aligning engineering, design, and stakeholders around a shared plan.
- Strong with data — comfortable using it to prioritize, validate, and course-correct.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
