About The Role

We are looking for a curious and analytical Associate Product Analyst –

- Intern to join our Product team. This is a great opportunity for freshers to learn how SaaS products are built, analyzed, and improved.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product data, user behavior, and customer feedback.
- Support PRDs, feature requirements, and product documentation.
- Track product metrics and prepare reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams.
- Support feature testing, QA, and UAT.
- Assist with AI-powered product features and automation.
- Document product workflows and updates.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or MBA – fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.




- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Interest in SaaS, Product Management, and AI.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus.
- Internship or project experience in Product, SaaS, CRM, or related areas is a plus.
