We are looking for a Product Analyst / Associate Product Analyst with experience in Product Analysis and a solid understanding of the Indian Capital Markets ecosystem. The role involves designing transaction monitoring and market surveillance scenarios, analyzing trading patterns, and translating regulatory requirements into product features aligned with SEBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic product documentation.
- Serve as a first point of contact for client queries understanding, tracking, and helping resolve product-related requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Help analyze data and information to support product decisions.
- Contribute to research,
competitor analysis, and product enhancement initiatives.
- Support testing and other product activities as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and similar tools.
- Willingness to handle client queries and support requests directly.
- Eagerness to learn and a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Basic familiarity with the Jira tool and Agile concepts.
- Internship or academic project exposure to product or business analysis.
