Role Summary

As an Associate Portfolio / Program Manager for Times Card, you will help manage and grow a high-impact co-branded credit card portfolio in partnership with leading financial institutions. You will serve as a key interface between our banking partners and internal teams, ensuring that business priorities are clearly translated into action and delivered with pace. The role combines partner management, program execution, data-led portfolio analysis,



commercial discipline, and cross-functional ownership.

Role & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned financial institution partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring timely alignment on portfolio priorities, deliverables, and escalations.
- Lead regular partner governance and review forums, including preparation of agendas, performance updates, action trackers, and follow-through on agreed decisions.
- Translate portfolio and business objectives into clear cross-functional programs, coordinating with product, technology, operations, finance, marketing, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams.
- Drive execution of partner-led initiatives and internal workstreams, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, delays, and opportunities to keep programs on track.
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance across key metrics such as sourcing, activation, spends, customer engagement, revenue, profitability, retention, and benefit utilisation.
- Build insightful MIS, dashboards, and periodic business reviews that enable leadership and partners to understand performance, diagnose gaps, and make informed decisions.
- Own billing and revenue reconciliations with partners, validating invoices, transaction-level data, payouts, and outstanding items to ensure financial accuracy and timely closure.
- Support portfolio-level P&L; management by tracking revenue streams, costs, partner payouts, marketing investments, benefit costs, and key drivers of profitability.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, execution, and ongoing administration of partnership agreements, amendments, statements of work, commercials, and related documentation in collaboration with legal and other central teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio economics, customer experience, operational efficiency, and partner performance through structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
