Responsibilities:

- Prepare solution document, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Note, Presentations and Case Studies.
- Ensure timely submission of Proposal/RFP responses.
- Coordinate with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentation and Demo
- Knowledge of HR process and HRMS
- Co-ordination with IT team on risk and Information security client questionnaire, Legal team for Client Contracts
- Observe strict confidentiality all the time.

Required Skills/Abilities:• Knowledge of HRO Services (Payroll, HR Compliances, HRMS)

- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
- Solid expertise in tools such as Google slides/ Doc, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow design tools.
- Multitasker and ability to work under stringent timelines
- Strong facilitation and co-ordination skills
