We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth (Coupon & Cashback) to strengthen our publisher ecosystem by onboarding, managing, and scaling high-quality Coupon & Cashback partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the CPS, publisher acquisition, relationship management, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and activate Coupon & Cashback publishers across India and Global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize campaign performance.
- Acquire new publishers through LinkedIn, industry events, competitor research, referrals, and affiliate communities.

- Manage publisher lifecycle including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Sales, Network Operations, and Tech teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and exclusive promotional opportunities.

- Monitor affiliate performance using key KPIs including Revenue, Sales, EPC, CR, CTR, and ROI.




- Recommend campaign optimization strategies to improve publisher performance.
- Ensure timely communication regarding offers, promotions, coupon updates, and campaign launches.

- Maintain accurate publisher documentation and CRM hygiene using Zoho/Trackier.
- Analyse competitor Coupon & Cashback programs and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Resolve publisher concerns related to tracking, payouts, campaign approvals, and integrations.

- Drive monthly publisher activation and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing with strong exposure to the CPS model.
- Hands-on experience onboarding and managing Coupon & Cashback affiliates.

- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier or similar platforms.
- Experience working with affiliate KPIs including EPC, Conversion Rate, CTR, Revenue, and ROI.
- Excellent publisher relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to identify independently and acquire quality affiliate partners.
- Positive analytical skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
