Hiring: Associate - Instrumentation | ABB 800xA DCS - Male Candidates Only

We are looking for an experienced Associate Instrumentation with robust hands-on expertise in ABB 800xA DCS and industrial automation.

- Experience: 4 - 5 Years
- Education: BE/B.Tech E&I; / E&C; / Electrical
- Industry: Pharmaceutical API / Chemical / Automation
- CTC: 4 - 6 LPA
- Location: Mysuru
- Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineering, programming, configuration and troubleshooting of ABB 800xA DCS (Mandatory).
- Develop and modify control logic, graphics, alarms, trends, reports and operator interfaces.
- Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting and commissioning for Siemens, Schneider and Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Integrate PLCs, DCS, SCADA, VFDs, MCCs and field instrumentation.
- Support automation projects from design through commissioning and plant startup.
- Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of field instruments in manufacturing and utility systems.
- Work with instruments such as flow meters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, control valves, ON/OFF valves, load cells, gas detectors, conductivity transmitters,



proximity switches and pressure transmitters.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet and Profibus.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS and data integrity requirements.

Mandatory Skill: Hands-on program-level engineering and configuration experience in ABB 800xA DCS is mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical API Manufacturing, Chemical or Automation industries.
- Strong instrumentation and DCS troubleshooting experience.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on ABB 800xA DCS experience are encouraged to apply.
