We are seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to support technology projects and business transformation initiatives by helping gather requirements, analyze business processes, and coordinate with stakeholders. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are interested in bridging business needs with technology solutions while gaining exposure to project delivery and system implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
- Support the creation of business process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to capture business needs and action items.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and requirements validation.
- Support project reporting, status tracking,



and documentation management.
- Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Support, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
