What We’re Looking For:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Contract Manufacturing/ P2P operations within Pharma, Nutraceutical, Health Supplement, or Food industries.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Hands-on experience in tablet/capsule/nutraceutical/health supplement manufacturing will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of Manufacturing processes, vendor management, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials.
- Good knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, Quality Systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end contract manufacturing operations with P2P/third-party manufacturing partners.
- Raise and manage monthly Purchase Orders (POs) based on business and planning requirements.




- Drive vendor follow-ups to ensure on-time production and supply against open POs.
- Develop, evaluate, and manage new and existing contract manufacturing vendors.
- Coordinate New Product Development (NPD), product trials, samples, artwork closure, packaging development, and product launches.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and qualitative enhancement across the product portfolio.
- Lead commercial negotiations, cost revisions, and pricing discussions with vendors.
- Conduct product and cost benchmarking across Indian and global markets.
- Partner with Quality teams to resolve product complaints, deviations, CAPA, and other quality issues.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Regulatory, R&D;, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing, and Marketing teams.
