We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to support the visual communication and creative requirements of our brand across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging and high-quality creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, webinars, student engagement initiatives, and employer branding.
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Product, and Content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Create social media creatives, infographics, presentations, illustrations, and other visual communication materials.
- Ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity across different platforms and communication materials.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for digital, social media, and print requirements.
- Support the team in developing creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with video editors and other creative team members to maintain consistency across multimedia content.




- Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technologies.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs for social media, digital marketing, presentations, and print.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate changes effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of skilled experience in graphic design.
- Experience in EdTech, Technology, Startups, Digital Marketing, or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, marketing campaigns, branding, presentations, digital assets, or other visual design work.
