Associate Director – Statutory Audit with 10–15 years of experience, preferably with exposure to NBFC / BFSI statutory audits, responsible for leading and managing statutory audit engagements for large and mid-sized clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for large and mid-sized clients.

- Oversee audit planning, execution, review, and timely completion of assignments.

- Handle audits of NBFCs and other financial services entities, where applicable.

- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, RBI, Ind AS, and auditing standards.

- Manage senior client relationships and act as the key point of contact for management.

- Guide and mentor audit teams, including Managers and Senior Managers.

- Review audit findings, identify key risks, and ensure appropriate resolution.

- Support business development, proposals, and client acquisition initiatives.

- Coordinate with Partners and internal teams on complex audit matters.

Qualifications

- CA

Required Skills

- Experience: 12–18 years

- Preferred: Experience in NBFC / BFSI statutory audits will be an added advantage.
