We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director Sales to drive business growth in the acquiring and digital payments space. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in acquiring business, merchant partnerships, and payment solutions such as Payment Gateway, UPI, Digital Wallets, QR Payments, POS Solutions, and other digital payment products.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market merchants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for payment and acquiring solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key merchants, partners, aggregators, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities within Payment Gateway, UPI, Wallets, QR, POS, and other digital payment products.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging payment technologies.




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of sales/business development experience in the Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Digital Payments industry.
- Strong exposure to Acquiring Business and merchant acquisition.
- Hands-on experience selling Payment Gateway, UPI, Digital Wallets, POS, QR Payments, or related payment solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust understanding of the digital payments ecosystem.
- Candidate should be based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Background

- Experience with leading fintech, payment aggregators, payment gateways, banks, or acquiring businesses.
- Existing network within enterprise merchants, e-commerce, retail, BFSI, travel, or large corporate segments.
