What we are looking to hire:

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Integrations & Distribution will drive end-to-end execution of strategic integrations and key Distribution programs. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, and partner teams to ensure timely delivery.

The TPM will own program governance, stakeholder management, risk and dependency tracking, reporting,



and execution while providing leadership with clear visibility into program progress and business impact.

Primary Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic integrations and Distribution programs, from planning through production rollout.
- Manage program plans, milestones, roadmaps, deliverables, and execution cadencesacross multiple workstreams.
- Drive partner onboarding and integrations, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Commercial, and external partners.
- Track and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating critical items to leadership.
- Lead program governance, reviews, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare MBRs, executive dashboards, program health reports, and KPI updates to provide leadership visibility.
- Maintain action trackers and delivery metrics, ensuring accountability and timely closure of commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration delivery, governance, reporting, and overall program execution.

Knowledge

- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, delivery planning, governance, and execution frameworks.
- Good understanding of technology and software development lifecycles, including product development, engineering dependencies, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
- Working knowledge of API integrations, system integrations, partner onboarding, and technical dependencies.
- Strong understanding of risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Knowledge of program governance frameworks, delivery metrics, and performance tracking.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate complex technical dependencies into clear business-level updates.




- Familiarity with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of data-driven reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive communication.
