JOB PURPOSE

Associate Director in Product Management space who will be responsible for

- Thought leadership while building multi-faceted enterprise class products.
- The incumbent will report to Technology leadership role director or above
- They would be required to understand the strategic vision, liaison with multiple leaders for in depth understanding of vision and drive value for the enterprise.
- They should be well versed with AI and LLMs to be used across solutions to automate mundane workflows and approvals

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

They will be responsible for the following:

Product & Experience Strategy

- Partners with office of product and experience in defining and refining the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Product Management and Experience Design across the healthcare portfolio.
- Review proposed product investments with business priorities, customer needs, and digital transformation goals.
- Drive a customer-centric culture focused on measurable business and experience outcomes.

Product Portfolio Leadership

- Provide local governance and prioritization of a portfolio of digital products and platforms and collaborate with global team for unified strategy.
- Ensure delivery of strategic outcomes through product roadmaps, investment decisions, and KPI accountability.
- Drive modernization, platform transformation, and AI-enabled product innovation.

UX, Research & Design Leadership

- Lead UX Design, User Research, Service Design, and Design Systems functions.
- Establish human-centered design practices that improve member, provider, and associate experiences.
- Embed customer insights and usability metrics into product decision making.

AI & Digital Innovation

- Champion AI-driven innovation, automation, personalization, and intelligent digital experiences.
- Partner with business, technology, and data science leaders to identify high-value innovation opportunities.
- Drive responsible AI adoption aligned with enterprise and healthcare compliance requirements.

Executive Stakeholder Management





- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior business, technology, and digital leaders, aligning product priorities with business objectives and customer needs.
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven product insights, business cases, and portfolio performance assessments.
- Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap progress, key risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Talent & Organizational Leadership

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Product, UX, and Research teams.
- Create a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, and talent development frameworks.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

- Partner with business, engineering, data, operations, and clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Foster effective collaboration across global stakeholders, geographies, and time zones.

QUALIFICATION

- MBA from a premier institution strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Technology, Business, Design, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced certifications in Product Management, Design Thinking, Agile, or Digital Transformation are desirable.

EXPERIENCE

- 20 + years of overall experience.
- 12+ years in Product Management leadership roles.
- 5+ years leading Product group
- Experience in managing Product Management and UX Teams.
- Significant exposure to US healthcare, payer, provider, health services, pharmacy, or digital health ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Healthcare Payer, Care Management, Pharmacy, Clinical, Claims, Provider, or Member Experience expertise.
