Associate Director – Accounts & Finance (HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function of the hotel.
- Drive monthly and annual financial closing.
- Oversee P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS preparation and analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor hotel profitability and financial performance.
- Drive revenue analysis and cost-control initiatives.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and banking operations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely reconciliations.
- Monitor F&B; cost, inventory and procurement-related financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage SAP/ERP-based financial operations. Partner with the General Manager and HODs on financial planning and business decisions

Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA mandatory

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
