At Frido x Design, we build brands beyond campaigns. From packaging to retail environments, product collaborations to store experiences, partnerships to exhibitions, we shape how Frido is seen, understood and experienced.

As Frido expands across categories, stores and collaborations, we’re looking for a creative leader who can combine agency-level thinking with a strong understanding of product, retail, design and commerce.

What We Expect

- A conceptual thinker who can translate business challenges into distinctive creative ideas.
- Solid experience across branding, campaigns, packaging, product design and design-led storytelling.
- Ability to creatively lead licensed and co-branded product collaborations with partners such as Disney and other global brands.
- Experience translating brand IP, characters and cultural properties into relevant, desirable and commercially viable products.
- Understanding of product form, colour, material, graphics, packaging and the overall unboxing experience.
- A deep understanding of retail strategy, customer journeys, store zoning,

shelf hierarchy, navigation and visual merchandising.
- Ability to direct creative across exclusive stores, modern trade, general trade, B2B exhibitions and partner environments.
- Experience developing brand partnerships, co-branded campaigns,





product launches and retail activations.

Ability to build consistent creative systems across products, packaging,

physical spaces and digital touchpoints.

- Strong command over art direction, typography, design craft and brand tonality.
- Confidence collaborating with designers, copywriters, product teams,

architects, VM, marketing, sales and projects.
- Ability to lead, mentor and raise the creative standards of a multidisciplinary team.
- A hands-on leader who takes ownership from concept and presentation through development, production and on-ground execution.

Experience

- 8+ years in a leading advertising agency, design consultancy or consumer brand.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual depth, brand-building and integrated creative work.
- Demonstrated experience across product collaborations, packaging, retail design, experiential or visual merchandising.
- Experience working with licensed IPs, entertainment brands or strategic brand partnerships will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune for closer collaboration.
