We have an exciting opportunity to join our Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team and help deliver trade support services to our Commodities and Global Markets Group.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for corporate action events across equity and fixed income securities, including cash, non-cash, and elective events. You will manage client elections, entitlements, counterparty claims, withholding tax obligations, and related reporting requirements. You will also liaise with custodians, clearers, depositories, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure the efficient processing of corporate actions.

What You Offer

- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work.
- Proven ability to investigate issues, escalate appropriately, and drive outcomes in a quick-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and flexibility to support shifting schedules, including public holidays, and meet varying business or operational demands (ex. High volume day with resourcing constraints)
