1. Managing the end-to-end process of Contracting Operations or Contractor lifecycle management
2. Stakeholder Management strong co-ordination among various teams like Recruiting team, Staffing team, Internal IT, Office services, Internal Applications etc.
3. Legal documents management- Maintenance and ensuring they are signed as per SLA.
4. Contractor Record management in HRIS
5. Being the point of contact for queries or issues related to contracting and facilitating resolutions
6. Managing high volume data with high accuracy levels
7. Being a consultant to contractors, recruiters and project teams on contracting
8. HR Data Analysis - Creating monthly reports and dashboards
9. Work with internal parties on compliance matters such as audits
10. Ensuring 100% accuracy and SLA for all processes
11. Expertise in process streamlining
Commitment to control, ensuring data/information flow has gone through proper internal controls
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Should be able to read, write and communicate in English effectively
2.
Excellent Interpersonal and relationship management skills (the stakeholders will be internal and external to the organization)
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint to perform data analysis
4. Ability to co-ordinate and manage relationships with international stakeholders
5. Ability to adapt to fast changing setting and support transition and upscale processes
6. Should have solution-oriented approach
7. Understanding of Global HR fundamentals
8. At least 1-2 years of experience in handling administration and operations in HR will be an added advantage
9. Exposure of working in line with Senior Leadership is a value add
10. Experience in large volume data management and ability to analyze trends to be able to guide stakeholders for future planning
11. Problem solver with an attitude of ensuring our customers succeed at all times, flexibility to overlap with NA and EU hours when required (not a daily requirement, and not beyond reasonable India time)
