Role Description The Associate Business Analyst – AI / ML & MLOps is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. The role involves working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear requirements for AI, ML, and MLOps solutions across geospatial, computer vision, and monitoring platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business processes, analyzing data and workflows, assisting in defining user stories and use cases, and supporting model lifecycle management and performance tracking.

The Associate Business

Analyst will contribute to solution design,



prepare functional specifications, support stakeholder communication, and assist in testing and validating AI/ML features before deployment. The role also includes preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate insights and outcomes to internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate workflows, and derive insights that support AI/ML and MLOps initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, optimize, and refine end-to-end workflows for geospatial, computer vision, and monitoring solutions.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and engage effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and MLOps practices is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with geospatial data, drones, or computer vision applications is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment.
