About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive business growth across the North & East regions.

The role will focus on building high-value B2B and government business, developing strategic relationships, driving large projects and tenders, and leading a high-performing sales team.

? What You’ll Drive

- Own and deliver regional sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build a strong sales funnel across government, PSU and institutional accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with government officials, consultants, SIs and technology partners.
- Identify and drive large-value projects and tender opportunities.
- Influence project specifications and position company solutions in RFPs and tenders.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the regional sales team.
- Develop recent accounts and strengthen key customer relationships.
- Drive opportunity conversion from lead generation to closure.

? What We’re Looking For
- 13+ of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Technology, AV, LED, Digital Signage or related industries.
- Strong exposure to Government Sales & Tender Business.
- Established network with government stakeholders, consultants and system integrators.
- Proven track record of managing sales targets, large opportunities and teams.
- Solid business acumen, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Excellent networking, relationship management and negotiation skills.




- Technology-savvy with the ability to understand and position technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North & East India.
