Are you a seasoned investment qualified with a strong track record in equity portfolio managementA reputed organization is looking for a senior-level leader to manage and grow its long-term equity investments.

This is a confidential mandate being handled by our team at Lavya Associates, on behalf of a highly respected institution with a large, long-term investment portfolio.

What You'll Do:

- Drive end-to-end equity investment strategy across public markets
- Manage a large proprietary portfolio focused on long-term, risk-adjusted returns
- Monitor global/domestic market trends, macroeconomic data, and valuation signals
- Lead and mentor an experienced investment team




- Ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
- Present strategy and performance updates to top leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with heads of other asset classes for integrated portfolio views

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience in equity investments / fund management / buy-side research
- Previous or Current experience in Life Insurance Industry is a must.
- Prior experience managing institutional portfolios or insurance/pension funds is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, risk metrics, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
