Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead financial controllership, statutory and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and finance transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with senior management, auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closure processes.
- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Drive internal financial controls, governance, and risk management processes.
- Support Board, Audit Committee, and management reporting.
- Lead finance process automation, ERP enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, AIF, NBFC, or related sectors.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, Ind AS, taxation, internal controls, and audits.
- Experience working with Big 4 audit firms preferred.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Background

Asset Management, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, AIF, NBFC, Broking, or other regulated financial services sectors.
