Summary :

- Perform requirement analysis, capture business requirements, and understand technical and functional specifications in detail.
- Act as a bridge between IT and business teams.
- Responsible for review and analysis of system specifications across various projects in SFMS, NEFT, RTGS, and other Payment and Settlement Systems applications.
- Assess existing products and propose improvements in technical and functional design.
- Work with functional and technical teams to finalize project scope, software development design, and workflow design.
- Provide periodic updates and executive reporting on project status, HLD, and LLD.
- Review development and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements.

Experience :

- Minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Relevant experience of 10 years in business requirement mapping, quality analysis, and software development lifecycle (Mandatory).
- Experience in the banking domain with specific work experience in Payment Systems (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in NEFT, RTGS, and trade messages like LC, BGs, and messaging standards (MT 15022,



ISO20022) (Desirable).
- Experience with IBM MQ, Oracle DB, Java, Apache Tomcat, Windows, UNIX (AIX/RHEL), and PKI framework.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Mandatory).

Technical Skills :

- PL/SQL, Oracle, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, Core Java, J2EE, API, RESTful services.
- Understanding of IBM MQ, Unix Scripts, Open source technologies, Angular JS, and Web services.

Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Engage with business leads to consolidate functional requirements and document processes.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and prepare Low-Level Design documents.
- Track, manage, and report on the progress of requirements.
- Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Conduct R&D; on payment system designs and options.
- Ensure applications are maintained with appropriate updates and patches.

Education :

- BE/B.Tech/MA/M.Sc (Computer Science)
