Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver training programs for retail staff on soft skills, process training, and product knowledge.

- Conduct classroom-based sessions as well as online learning modules (OJT) to ensure effective skill development.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets business objectives.

- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvements.

Job Requirements :

- 2-20 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role in Retail industry.

- Solid understanding of behavioural training, classroom training, OJT, TNA/TNI/TTT methodologies.

- Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
