- Assist the lead teacher in managing the pre-primary classroom.
- Support children in daily learning and classroom activities.
- Help plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, and worksheets.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and discipline.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required.
- Support school events, activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/NTT/ECCE qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a preschool or school environment will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and comfortable working with young children.
