We are seeking an experienced and motivated AssistantShowroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a passion for design, retail excellence, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional setting

- Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to meet sales and service goals

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing

- Drive sales performance,manage KPIs, and achieve monthly and annual targets

- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and product displays

- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

- Coordinate with sales, operations,



and leadership teams

- Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management

- Prepare reports on sales activity, trends, and performance

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in apparel retail or showroom management.

- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Results-driven with a hands-on leadership style.

- Proficient in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic reporting.

- Flexible to work on weekends and as per business requirements.

- Ability to manage and operate a showroom of up to 10,000 sq. ft
