About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asst Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a passion for design, retail excellence, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment

- Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to meet sales and service goals

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing

- Drive sales performance, manage KPIs, and achieve monthly and annual targets

- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and product displays

- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

- Coordinate with sales,operations,



and leadership teams

- Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management

- Prepare reports on sales activity, trends, and performance

Preferred Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in apparel retail or showroom management.

- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.

- Solid sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Results-driven with a hands-on leadership style.

- Proficient in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic reporting.

- Flexible to work on weekends and as per business requirements.

- Ability to manage and operate a showroom of up to 10,000 sq. ft
