- International Air Cargo services . The key responsibility will be to build a strong customer base, generate regular cargo bookings and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customers and develop new business for Domestic &
- International Air Cargo . Identify exporters, importers, traders, corporate clients and other potential customers. Generate regular cargo enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. Handle quotations, negotiations and customer follow-ups. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Develop new accounts and increase business from existing customers. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Follow up on bookings,



shipment status and customer requirements. Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets. Focus on generating profitable business independently . Compensation? Fixed Monthly Salary + 20% Variable Incentive The variable incentive will be linked to the business/profitability independently generated by the candidate , calculated on a monthly basis as per the company's incentive structure.

Candidate

ProfilePrior experience in Air Cargo / Freight Forwarding / Export Sales preferred. Strong sales and business development experience. Good customer network in the cargo/logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills With Airlines . Target-oriented and capable of independently generating business. Willingness to work towards revenue and profitability-based targets.
