Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day technical & MEP operations of the residential property

- Oversee Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire Fighting, STP, Lifts, Pumps & other utility systems
- Plan and monitor PPM, breakdown maintenance and AMC activities
- Manage technical vendors, contractors and service partners
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and technical audits
- Lead and manage the technical team
- Monitor energy and utility consumption
- Handle resident technical complaints and ensure timely closure
- Prepare MIS, maintenance reports and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with residents, management, vendors and other stakeholders

? Candidate Profile✅ B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

✅ Experience in Residential / Facility / Property Management

✅ Strong knowledge of MEP & building services

✅ Experience in handling vendors, AMC & technical teams

✅ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Experience with premium / luxury residential properties will be an advantage
