About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to drive our solar EPC projects team — managing site execution, commissioning, material logistics, and quotation/proposal support across rooftop and hybrid solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

- Plan, schedule, and monitor solar EPC projects from award to commissioning
- Coordinate daily site activities across multiple project locations
- Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution stays on schedule and within budget
- Track project milestones and flag delays or risks proactively

Commissioning
- Oversee commissioning activities and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
- Coordinate with KSEBL/DISCOM and other authorities for net-metering, inspections, and approvals where applicable
- Ensure documentation (test reports, as-built drawings, handover certificates) is completed for each project

Material & Procurement Management

- Plan material requirements against project timelines (modules, inverters, BOS components, cables, structures)
- Coordinate procurement, delivery schedules, and site stock tracking
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers to resolve delays and quality issues

Quotation & Commercial
- Support Prepare and review technical-commercial quotations and BOQs for client proposals
- Support costing, vendor comparisons,



and margin checks before submission
- Assist in client-facing proposal discussions and negotiations

Team & Reporting
- Supervise site engineers/supervisors and coordinate their work allocation
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status reports to management
- Support scheme-based projects (e.g., PMSGY) tracking and government coordination where required

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or related field); mechanical background considered with relevant solar experience
- 4–6 years of experience in solar EPC project execution or a similar infrastructure/construction project role
- Prior experience in rooftop/ground-mount solar PV projects strongly preferred; hybrid/BESS project exposure a plus
- Working knowledge of KSEBL/DISCOM processes, net-metering, and regulatory compliance (Kerala context preferred)
- Experience preparing technical-commercial quotations/BOQs

Skills Required

- Strong project coordination and multitasking ability across multiple concurrent sites
- Vendor and contractor management
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with project tracking tools
- Valuable communication skills — client-facing and team coordination
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
