We're looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to handle residential real estate sales, generate business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential real estate projects
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Build strong customer relationships to drive high conversion rates
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new project launches
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales (Primary Sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Own vehicle preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
