What You will do:
- Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for various civil and construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quantity calculations based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Verify quantities executed at site and coordinate with the site team for accurate measurements.
- Monitor changes in quantities during project execution and maintain proper records.
- Prepare estimates based on drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing detailed quantity and cost estimates for various construction activities.
- Review quantities and identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQs, and actual site requirements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling quantity-related activities in coordination with the project/site team.
- Monitor progress against planned quantities and report deviations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely availability of quantity and estimation information.
- Apply knowledge of MEP works while preparing quantities and estimates.
- Review MEP-related requirements in coordination with project and site teams.
- Understand the quantity and estimation requirements associated with MEP works.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, estimates, measurements, and related documents.
- Prepare periodic quantity and estimation reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation of revisions, variations, and changes in quantities.
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Planning.
- Advanced knowledge of MEP-related works is required/preferred as specified in the manpower requirement.
- Candidates should have practical exposure to construction/project-site activities.
