Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Assistant Professor.
The Assistant
Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in the field of management, designing and updating curriculum, conducting scholarly research, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall development of the academic department. The role also includes participating in departmental meetings,
collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and engaging in community service activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Ph.D. in FinTech is a must
- At least TWO Scopus-indexed publications
- Strong teaching skills in management-related subjects
- Proficiency in data analytics, visualization tools, and basic programming languages like Python and R
- Mastery of corporate finance, banking infrastructure, and wealth management principles
- Understanding of digital compliance, cybersecurity fundamentals, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in academic administration and involvement in skilled organizations is a plus
