Position /n Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Applications /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n Teaching & Instruction /n /n

- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Computer Science and Applications.

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and seminars.

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.

/n /n Research & Academic Development /n /n

- Conduct research in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, etc.

/n

- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

/n

- Apply for research grants and collaborate with industry/academic partners.

/n /n Student Mentoring /n /n

- Guide students in projects, internships, and career development.

/n

- Supervise final-year projects and dissertations.

/n

- Provide academic counseling and mentorship.

/n /n Curriculum Development /n /n

- Participate in designing and updating course curriculum aligned with industry trends.

/n

- Develop new courses, lab modules, and learning resources.

/n /n Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities /n /n





- Participate in departmental committees and academic activities.

/n

- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, conferences, and technical events.

/n

- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development.

/n /n Industry Collaboration /n /n

- Build connections with industry for internships, training, and collaborative research.

/n

- Encourage innovation, startups, and practical learning.

/n /n Qualifications /n /n Master’s Degree (M.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA) in Computer Science / Computer Applications / related field. /n NET / SET / PhD preferred or as per University Grants Commission (UGC) / All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) norms. /n Strong academic record with good communication and teaching skills. /n /n Desired Skills & Expertise: /n Programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) /n Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases /n Experience with up-to-date technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Web Development) /n Research and publication experience /n Good presentation and mentoring skills /n
