MTM College Arts, Science & Commerce, affiliated with the University of Calicut and NAAC B++ accredited, is inviting applications for the position of English Faculty. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality teaching in English language and literature while supporting students’ academic and communication development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate courses in English language and literature

- Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and teaching resources

- Evaluate assignments, examinations, and student progress

- Encourage student participation in literary activities, seminars, and workshops

- Guide students in communication and language development

- Participate in academic committees and institutional activities

- Contribute to research and academic publications

Requirements

- Master’s degree in English (MA English) with robust academic record Preferred

- NET or PhD is mandatory as per UGC norms

- Strong communication and teaching abilities

- Passion for literature, language teaching, and student mentorship

- Ability to contribute to academic and institutional development
