Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager

- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and best practices for scalability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across teams and departments.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Build strong vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvements, and cost-saving measures.
- Supervise staffing, hiring, and training to support organizational growth.
- Drive innovation, conflict resolution, and technology adoption to optimize business processes.





As an Assistant Product Manager

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
- Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring features meet user needs.
- Collaborate with management to translate market problems into transparent solutions.
- Oversee product testing, reviews, and demos before deployment.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking.
- Act as the product leader, bridging business and technical teams.
- Develop business cases and product positioning strategies.
- Use tools like JIRA for requirements analysis and testing oversight.
- Ensure product releases align with customer expectations and company standards.
