1. Relevant experience in procurement in FM or asset management about 3 to 4 yers experience
2. Technical knowledge about asset like Chiller , DG, Fire pumps, lifts , etc and its parts
3. Civil, electrical, HVAC, Fire fighting and security system
4. Basic knowledge of Manpower for security and HK, AMC for equipment’s and HK material
5. Valuable skills in evaluate the Purchase request received from operation and in negotiation , preparation of comparison
6. Soft skills like MS office and ERP
7. Good communication skills
7. Preferred language to be known like English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu, since our buisness is Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.
