Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping teams
- Monitor property maintenance and operational standards
- Support occupancy and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality operations preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple properties and operational tasks
- Willingness to travel as required
