Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time/ part time work from home , This role supports daily operations of the wellness and fitness facility, including overseeing staff schedules, coordinating client services, and ensuring a clean, protected, and welcoming environment.

Manager monitors customer experience, resolves client concerns, and supports membership sales, promotions, and retention activities.

- Prior experience in an assistant manager or supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or fitness is preferred.
