Role Summary The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Ristara Foods, covering Outlets, Corporate, Food Production, and Warehouse operations. The role works closely with Outlet Operations and HODs to understand manpower requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure timely hiring to support the organisation’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Outlets, Corporate, Food Production, and Warehouse functions.

 Partner with Outlet Operations and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring plans aligned with business and expansion timelines.

 Source candidates through Job Portals, Campus Drives, Employee Referrals, NGO Connects, Job Fairs, recruitment consultants, and other relevant channels.

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume and high-attrition QSR roles.

 Mentor and guide the recruitment team on effective sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

 Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding handover.

 Track key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.

 Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Ristara Foods employer brand.

 Coordinate with Banks, BGV Agencies, Medical Vendors,



and other external partners to ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.

 Oversee the induction process and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

 Ensure staffing readiness ahead of new outlet launches.

 Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS in line with company HR policies and reporting requirements.

 Support day-to-day HR Operations and other HR initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within QSR, Retail, F&B;, Hospitality, or other high-volume service industries.

 Proven experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment across frontline, supervisory, managerial, and corporate positions.

 Experience in recruitment for recent store/outlet launches or business expansion projects is preferred.

 Data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and MIS.

 Willingness to travel across outlet locations in Bengaluru as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
