Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager - Channel Sales / Sourcing will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and real estate brokers to drive sales and source potential buyers for Rohan Builders' residential projects in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, network with, and register new Channel Partners, brokers, and wealth managers in and around Mumbai to expand the companys partner network.
- Relationship Management: Maintain proactive, transparent, and long-term relationships with existing Channel Partners, ensuring regular communication regarding project updates, pricing structures, and inventory.
- Lead Generation & Sales Sourcing: Collaborate with partners to generate a consistent pipeline of site visits, qualified leads, and prospective property buyers.
- Event & Launch Coordination: Organize and lead partner meets, project briefings,



and special promotional events to maximize partner engagement during new project launches and active campaigns.
- Broker Brokerage & Query Resolution: Ensure smooth and timely processing of Channel Partner brokerages, track payouts, and address any operational conflicts or queries efficiently to maintain brand trust.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a close track of competitor movements, pricing trends, and market dynamics within the Chembur and broader Central Mumbai sub-markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred).
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience specifically in Real Estate Channel Sales or Partner Sourcing within Mumbai.
- Local Network: Robust, existing network of brokers and channel partners across Central Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. High drive for target achievement and relationship building.
