Designation: Assistant Manager - Solar and BESS Power System Design

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience : 4-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

.Tender Documentation

· Design and develop integrated solar and battery energy storage systems.

· Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility and optimal design of solar and storage installations.

· Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and system designs using industry-standard software.





· Perform energy yield simulations and system performance analyses.

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

· Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.

· Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to ensure maximum efficiency.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar and battery storage technologies.

· Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

· Hands-on experience with energy storage technologies (Li-ion, lead-acid, etc.), energy management systems (EMS), and solar inverters.

· Proven experience in designing solar and battery energy storage systems.

· Proven experience using design and simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, HOMER, AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, etc.).

· Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

· Certification in solar design (e.g., NABCEP) is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
