The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
- Project Planning & Tracking. Ensuring Project Planning & site installation planning based on customer's requirements. Having a seamless coordination & tracking with Production Planning and Control to dynamically manage fluctuating loads and change in priorities due to customer changes / Design changes / Manufacturing priority changes. Having an internal communication system to ensure transparency in progress of projects at various stages and to ensure escalations in timely manner. Experiencing in Training of resources
- Site Management, Contractor Management & Cost Optimization Ensuring smooth installation process and communicating progress to customer, ensuring proper closure through completion certificate Knowledge on Contractor Management & negotiation on commercials. Monitoring overall installation cost
- Productivity improvement.
Actively involving in improvements & kaizens. Ensuring Overall coordination for on time delivery of projects
- Project Quality Management. Building quality checks & measures 5. Customer Management. Ensuring smooth communication with customer on escalation
- Organizational Imperatives. Actively participating and originating Kaizens. Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives. Adhere to Compliance and Secure Working Environment
