Colliers is expanding its Real Estate Valuation team in Bengaluru and is seeking professionals to support valuation assignments across diverse asset classes. This role offers hands-on exposure to property valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling, providing an excellent opportunity to build expertise in real estate valuation and market assessment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections to assess property condition, construction quality, accessibility, surrounding infrastructure, neighborhood characteristics, usage, and local market dynamics.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret market intelligence, including rental rates, occupancy trends, sales transactions, comparable properties, and demand-supply indicators to support value assessments.
- Prepare valuation reports across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial asset classes using recognized valuation methodologies.
- Review property-related documentation to assess ownership, legal status, regulatory compliance, and other factors impacting value.
- Develop and maintain valuation models using DCF, income capitalization, rental analysis, and comparable sales approaches.
- Support valuation assignments related to acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, lending, and other transaction requirements.
- Prepare valuation calculations, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation using Excel, internal templates, and valuation tools.




- Collaborate with senior valuers to ensure compliance with IVS, RICS, and applicable regulatory standards while delivering accurate and timely valuation outputs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, banking, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
- Civil Engineering graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and financial analysis.
- Understanding of real estate valuation principles, property economics, and market fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site inspections and market surveys.
