Job Requirements:

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager - Operations

Industry: Personal Care & Hotel Guest Amenities

CTC: As per industry standards

Work Experience: 3+ years in Operations preferred

Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan manpower and allocate work to ensure optimum productivity.

· Manage and supervise daily packing operations and ensure timely completion of targets.

· Monitor packing quality, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts and other teams for smooth operations.

· Track daily output, productivity, wastage, and operational efficiency.





· Ensure proper handling of packing materials and minimize material wastage.

· Implement and maintain SOPs, safety standards, and process controls.

· Identify operational issues and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.

· Prepare and review daily/weekly/Monthly operational MIS and performance reports.

· Manage and motivate the packing team to achieve productivity and quality targets

Skills Required:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Robust team leadership, communication, and people management skills.

· Experience in manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and workflow management.

· Strong focus on quality, accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch.

· Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and operational MIS reporting.
