a. Lead IRM reviews and ensure effective implementation of machinery-related action plans.
b. Develop and monitor machinery resource allocation plans to support timely project execution.
c. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for optimum deployment and utilization of machines and technicians.
d. Build team capability through training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
e. Drive process improvements in machinery allocation, maintenance, and tracking systems.
f. Ensure compliance with machinery maintenance schedules, safety standards, and operating procedures.
g. Monitor machine utilization, breakdowns, and productivity, and drive corrective actions for improvement.
h. Ensure timely MIS reporting and review of key machinery performance indicators.
2. Machine & technician deployment plan at region a. Based on the forecast plan received from Manager - Maintenance; execute the deployment at region level in discussion with ROH b. Track and minimise the deviation in scheduling Vs execution c. Troubleshoot issues pertaining to movement of resources from one site to the another to minimise idle usage
3. Site visit report and plan a.
Visit all new sites where machine is required o assess the feasibility of electrical connectivity & storage of machine o Assess the electrical risk hazard at site o Instruct the electrician & technician on power source connectivity & precautions b. Prepare a detailed report and submit to Cluster manager
4. Maintenance & upkeep of Machinery a. To ensure technician and electrician are regularly servicing machine as per defined manual b. Track the breakdown & repair for the region c. Inform the maintenance head on the stock available at region and any spares needs to be procured d. Audit spray quality periodically and material consumption
5. Training of technician / electrician a. Induction & assessments of spray technician & electrician b. Periodic training refresher training session to maintenance staff on user manual of different machines
6. MIS & reports a. Submit periodic reports to ROH and Maintenance Manager b. Update ERP & PMS as per requirement
