About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive capability building, leadership development, and learning transformation across the organization. The role will partner with business leaders to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and future-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify critical skill gaps.
- Design and manage leadership, managerial, behavioral, and functional learning programs.
- Drive digital learning, AI-enabled learning solutions, and LMS adoption.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to build high-impact learning interventions.
- Manage learning vendors, facilitators, budgets, and program governance.
- Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact through learning analytics.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and growth opportunities initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

- 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, OD, or Leadership Development.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
- Experience in IT, ITES, BPM, Consulting, Professional Services, or Global Organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leadership development, talent acceleration, and capability-building programs.
