We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support complex D365 F&O; solutions for global clients.

The successful candidate will work across both Application Management Services (AMS/support) and project implementation engagements, contributing to solution design, development, deployment, troubleshooting, integrations, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, project stakeholders, and global client teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation and support projects.
- Provide application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Gather and analyze technical requirements from clients and project stakeholders.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable D365 F&O; solutions.




- Develop high-quality technical solutions using X++, C#, Visual Studio, and related development tools.
- Prepare detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs) in accordance with project standards.
- Implement D365 F&O; extensions and Chain of Command (CoC) patterns.
- Develop and support integrations using OData, Logic Apps, and other integration technologies.
- Support deployments, code merging, version control, and application lifecycle activities.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment and environment management.
- Support system upgrades, performance optimization, and technical enhancements.
- Follow established SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Continuously learn and adopt the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical delivery, and client-facing engagements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- X++
- C#
- Visual Studio
- Version Control Systems
- Strong understanding of:
- D365 F&O; Extensions
- Chain of Command (CoC)

- Logic Apps

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Understanding of code deployment, code merging, system upgrades, and system optimization.

Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services.
- Knowledge of:

- Understanding of how D365 F&O;, Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies integrate within broader enterprise digital ecosystems.

Education

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related specialization.
